A compassionate and authentic therapist, Amber has dedicated the past 5 years to the field of mental health. Her background includes working with a spectrum of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma, parenting issues, autism, and life transitions. She has experience working with all ages and backgrounds, but has a special place in her heart for women’s mental health.

With a genuine and warm approach, Amber strives to create an environment where clients feel embraced and valued for who they are. Her therapeutic philosophy revolves around the belief that individuals possess innate strengths and resilience. In Amber's eyes, everyone is good enough just as they are, yet she recognizes the potential for growth, healing, and transformation. She is driven by the desire to empower her clients towards self-acceptance, healing, and confidence. Her use of humor serves as a bridge, fostering connections with clients and easing the therapeutic process.

Amber comes from a strong trauma-informed background, and is trained in EMDR. Amber also draws from other evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and motivational interviewing.
