Becca Wojciechowski
MSW, LCSWA
Becca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with several years of experience providing support within family systems through victim advocacy, parent support, and mental health therapy. Within her practice as a therapist she uses a person centered and strengths based approach to meet clients where they are.
Becca has experience within a private practice setting, OBGYN clinic, and nonprofits that have allowed her to work with people in all walks of life. Becca also became a trained birth and postpartum doula which fostered her passion working with new families throughout the many transitions involved with trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum. She also has experience with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and a myriad of other mental health concerns.

In her experiences with youth and adults, she has learned that everyone desires to feel heard and seen, and often when those needs aren’t met, they may lead to unhealthy habits or a lack of healthy coping skills. During therapy she assists clients in developing healthy coping skills, reframing negative thoughts, and creating attainable goals. It is her goal to first listen, and then walk beside clients as they explore the areas in life where they struggle to feel heard and seen. As a therapist, she knows that anyone can find the answers they seek from within, but sometimes you need someone there to guide you.
