Breanne Harrington
MSW, LCSW

Breanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapeutic services since 2019. With a focus on person-centered care, she helps individuals navigate a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, phase-of-life transitions, and grief. Breanne takes a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on building effective coping skills that empower her clients to embrace healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Breanne’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can work through their challenges at their own pace. She has worked with clients across the age spectrum, providing individual, couples, and family counseling. Her personal experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of how to support others through postpartum anxiety, high-risk pregnancies, traumatic births, and loss. Breanne specializes in grief counseling and understands how grief can complicate the challenges women and families face during the journey from preconception to postpartum.
Breanne tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each person’s individual needs. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and individual/group grief therapy. She encourages individuals to focus on their values and needs to help guide their goals of care, and prioritizes establishing a positive therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy, open communication, and compassion.
