Erin Hansen, LCSWA

Erin (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate and has been providing community and mental health services since 2008.  She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including shelters, community centers, retirement communities, and physicians’ offices.

Erin draws from her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International.  She uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy, and utilizes a variety of modalities to best support you where you are in your journey.  Most importantly, she believes that therapy is a collaborative partnership between therapist and client.

Erin approaches therapy sessions with curiosity, humor, and a genuine appreciation for your story.  Her passion for maternal mental health stems from her own journey through pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety, and the transition into motherhood.  Regardless of what your journey is, Erin strives to provide a safe and supportive place to explore and grow.
