Erin Hansen

Erin (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate with over 15 years of experience in community and mental health work. She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including shelters, community centers, retirement communities, and physicians’ offices.
She draws from her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support international. Erin uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy, and utilizes a variety of modalities to best support you where you are in your journey. Most importantly, she believes that therapy is a collaborative partnership between therapist and client.
Erin has a special interest in work with the LGBTQ+ community. She is committed to social justice, liberation, and inclusionary work. All parts of you are welcome with Erin. She approaches therapy sessions with gentle curiosity, humor, and a genuine appreciation for your story.
Erin’s passion for maternal mental health stems from her own journey through pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the transition into motherhood. Regardless of what your journey is, Erin strives to provide a safe and supportive place to explore and grow.
