She believes in the profound connection between mind and body and offers evidence-based practices that help to undo the effects of daily misalignment and stresses of modern life.
As a certified yoga instructor since 2014, Jeanie integrates breathing exercises, mindful movement, and meditation to offer trauma-sensitive practices in her counseling work. She has had the privilege of supporting diverse populations, including perinatal parents, athletes, cancer patients, children, seniors, and others navigating life’s challenges.
With this holistic approach, Jeanie offers a unique perspective on therapy—coming alongside clients' healing journeys by blending both mental and physical practices, tailored to meet their unique needs.
