Rebecca Weiss

Rebecca is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience providing care in various medical and mental health settings. With advanced training in both therapy and medication management, she works collaboratively with clients to develop a unique treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs.

Rebecca received her nursing and psychotherapy training at Columbia University, and has completed a psychoanalytic fellowship at the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. She has experience treating a wide variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity dysphoria, body image issues, relationship and intimacy difficulties, shame, and loss. Having worked with diverse populations faced with diverse struggles, she is humbled by the courage and resiliency she has witnessed.
Rebecca takes a holistic approach to client care through a multicultural, feminist, and trauma informed lens. She respects the complex interactions between social, biological, and psychological factors that impact mental wellbeing. Rebecca believes that growth and healing can lead to the development of meaningful, fulfilled lives, and she is passionate about creating the space for those processes to unfold.
