Tritesha is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience employing empathy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and culturally-informed counseling. Tritesha has worked within various settings throughout her career including academia, outpatient, and residential treatment. She has treated mood disorders, substance use, eating disorders, and personality disorders.

Tritesha's desire to serve in the field of perinatal and maternal wellness evolved from her personal experience with the traumatic birth of her first child. Through her ordeal, she realized the benefit and need of helping mothers before, during, and after birth. She has advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International.

Tritesha enters each session with an open mind recognizing that each person has individual needs requiring a unique approach. When working with Tritesha you can expect to experience unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity. She believes that efforts to subscribe to societal rigidity of “what should be'' provokes unhealthy thinking patterns leading to stress, anxiety, and depression.
Therefore, she aims to help you explore and define your own way of being, whether as a mother, partner, friend, colleague, or overall human. She believes that through this approach you will attain healthy skills and self-acceptance leading you to feeling fulfilled and being the best version of yourself.
